                   Spicy Chai Smoothie


1 Cup Almond Milk (or choice of milk)

1 Banana (peeled and cut)

½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/8 teaspoon ground coriander

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon stevia or tablespoon honey

4 scoops of Standard Process Whey Pro Complete

6 ice cubes (or 6 frozen chai tea cubes)

Pour milk into blender add banana, all the spices and protein powder into blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
