Smoothie of the Month

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana

 

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or regular milk

1 banana (broken into pieces)

1 tablespoon of creamy or crunchy peanut butter

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

2 scoops of protein powder (7 grams of protein each scoop)

2-3 ice cubes

Add all ingredients into a blender-blend and serve.

Serves 1-2
