Unfortunately, experts have found coping with holiday stress could cause more harm, as at least, one third of Americans turn to eating and drinking alcohol to soothe their stress.

Rather than resorting to short term fixes here are some healthy long term stress relieving ideas.
- Use this holiday time to reconnect with people and solidify good relationships.
