          Healthy Recipe


    Maple Cinnamon Walnuts

              Ingredients

    2 teaspoons maple syrup

    ΒΌ teaspoon cinnamon

    1 generous pinch of sea salt

    1cup walnuts

    1 tablespoon coconut oil (softened)


Preheat oven to 300F

Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Test for crunchiness, cool and enjoy!
