      Almonds: Just ľ of a cup has almost as much calcium as ľ cup of milk. Great for bone building!


      Pistachios: Have about 310 mg of potassium (crucial for nerve control and muscle function) per ounce. Thatís more the amount in one half of a large banana.


      Walnuts: Are a powerhouse of omega-3s (1/4 cup has 91 percent of the daily requirement), and may boost brain function and lower the risk of inflammatory diseases like arthritis and psoriasis.
