Exercise Away High Cholesterol- new studies show that any type of cardio-walking, biking, running can help decrease cholesterol levels. The American Council on Exercise concluded that- getting your heart rate up and breaking a sweat for at least 20 minutes 4x per week helps to decrease cholesterol levels.
