All of us are under some type of stress daily, causes can range from
relationships, emotions, organ dysfunction, musculoskeletal and the environment.
For most people managing stress is a daily challenge. One of the biggest
complaints that people have is fatigue, but this is just a symptom or “sign”

Heart- Cholesterol accumulation in the heart and blood vessels occurs
more rapidly, which can lead to blockage and heart attack.
Gastrointestinal- Stress contributes to the Increase of Crohn’s Disease,
risk of ulcers and of ulcerative colitis.
