The Seven Factors of
Ideal Heart Health
The American Heart Association has a
list of seven factors that they believe are the Ideal Heart Health Factors.
Do not Smoke
A body mass index below 25
A goal level physical activity
A healthy diet
Total cholesterol level below
Blood Pressure below 120/80
Fasting blood-sugar below 100mg/dl
All of these factors are lifestyle related
and can be changed with the correct diet, exercise and nutritional
