Easy Sensible Snacks to keep you on track!

*24 almonds
*1 apple with 1 tablespoon nut butter
*6 oz. Greek yogurt (plain)
*1 hardboiled egg
*Standard Process protein bar
*String Cheese with 5 crackers
*1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 pear
*1/2 cup ricotta cheese with 1 dried fig
*8oz. protein smoothie
*1 cup of veggies with 4 tablespoons hummus
